ABOUT THE SINGLE

This piece is about searching for one's purpose in the world.

Included with the single is an alternate mix (Undertow Mix) that Sam created to reflect the loneliness yet noisiness of this time. He created a complex chain of delays and reverb to create an undercurrent of sound that pulsates with life. It is intended to reflect the collective human experience as we find a path forward together.

This single was recorded while in isolation during the COVID-19 pandemic.
